About

We are the weavers and we are the thread.

I believe that we are all part of the same tapestry of life but interweaving and expressing ourselves in our

own unique way. As we weave our hearts and lives together, our own threads interweaving with others,

we reclaim our power and our truth.

I have a special passion in supporting mothers throughout the childbearing continuum and women who have a yearning to connect more deeply with their bodies, womb space and intuition. In this time of great remembrance I am here to welcome you back home to your body and to support you in developing heart-mind-body coherence.

I weave sacred, ancient practices with modern science for sustainable, connected and sovereign living. Connecting back to our bodies, our womb space and inner wisdom is at the root of my offerings. We do this through embodiment, ceremony, compassionate sisterhood, body work and nature based practices.

I offer 1-1 sessions, group classes and community gatherings both online and in person in Fareham, Hampshire.

I believe that ALL of life is sacred, and our journeys deserve to be honoured with grace and reverence in their entirety, both the light and the dark. Our bodies are sacred vessels and hold deep wisdom and treasures. If we are courageous enough and are given the tools and guidance to feel, yield, release and integrate our experiences in a safe way, our treasures can be unearthed.

I believe in cyclical living. I step away from the patriarchal model and into the flowing expansion of the feminine - a cyclical expression, one that ebbs and flows, just as nature does, for we are part of nature.

My mission is to gently and sustainably guide you back to your centre, where you can reclaim your body, your wildness, your deep wisdom, creativity and power. This is grounded in the belief that we all have the power within us to heal. YOU are the sacred medicine dear one, it has been there within you all along. The medicine is your breath, body, presence, movement and sound and when merged with nature and community the fires burn even brighter.

It is such an honour to have you here.
